Comfort food should be bolder than it usually is. So we smoke our own meats and see how much trouble we can get them into.
One idea, a lot of places
It starts with brisket, pork, chicken and short rib out of our smoker. Then we pile them into mac, wrap them in gyros, stack them into street tacos and fire them onto pizzas.

We're a counter-service spot on Main Street with outdoor seating, and the owner's in the kitchen right alongside the team.
